We wanted to buy a house on the McLean High side. This was when I had a toddler and elementary kids and not thinking about high school much. I just wanted my kids to not go to school with all rich kids. We ended up liking the houses better zoned for Langley. We now live very close to Cooper/Langley and it has been great. Cooper ends early before rush hour begins. I have not yet experienced Langley high school traffic yet. I’m sure it will not be pleasant.

If you live close to Cooper, then Langley traffic will not be a big deal.  The nightmare traffic is mainly the traffic heading to the beltway.  Langley dismissal is at 3:00.[/quote]
