Yes they've moved, because our communities have gotten less safe. It's not crazy to look at what politicians are actually doing vs what they say they will do.  What, are we supposed to just be happy that they make promises to us at all? Regardless of whether they keep them?

I don't need politicians to be an influencer class that just tells me gun control is good. The goal posts have moved since a couple of hours ago when a PP said, "No one is attempting to pass gun control legislation at the federal level. Not the GOP, and not the Democrats." This is just false. If a person doesn't think the proposals are going far enough or that lawmakers are doing enough to try to get the measures passed? Fine. Say that. [/quote]
