I am now off it, but am a meticulous calorie counter in order to keep the weight off. Ozempic just made it easy to lose the weight and was so motivating. I now have to control my eating naturally. People are under some strange assumption that a diet or a medication should be a “permanent” fix. Nothing is. [/quote]
