Retaining principals and teachers are at the forefront of issues. Keeping good teachers and admin who want to be there specifically. Then, there is SpEd issues, ELD ( ESOL) issues, performance from students, crowding and aging of facilities, transparency and control of budget spending, curriculum issues, etc.[/quote]
