The housekeeper brought in the owner of the house (child’s mother) and the mother actually took a while considering before letting me in.

Come on, I needed to get in and out of the house as guests were inside and in the yard/pool area and you honestly expect a server to work barefoot? Or to take the time to take put on shoes when needing to go outside and taking them off when coming back?

Plus, I had TOMS on, not even socks and all the guests were wearing shoes (in and out of the house).

Foreigners who come from backwater countries where the “help” is cheap and treated like third class citizens, are the worst to deal with in this type of job.[/quote]
