I wasn't crowing..also, we sacrificed other things to pay because we wanted private for elementary. I'm not saying that sacrifice makes us virtuous, but conversely I know a ton of people in public who have "the ability to pay" for private. [/quote]

Not a bit. Most of the parents I know (with kids in a variety of school settings)  value education. Not sure why you are finding judgment where there is none....[/quote]
