I to dread the training.  I fear they are going to put 200 staff in a the cafeteria with admin looking on and have us cycle around at dreadful "stations" to mimic how this may be done in a large corporate setting.  The trainers will basically act as cheerleaders saying how wonderful everything is over and over again.   The zoom training last summer was surviveable, but this will be a trainwreck and make most staff miserable.  The trainers were experts at blowing off any criticism last year.

Personally, I'd prefer that MCPS spent less money on programs like this so we wouldn't have to raise property taxes in order to pay teachers.[/quote]
