It seems like you already know the answer to this based on how you worded it. But yes, UP had a restrictive covenant that prohibited Blacks from living there not all that long ago.

Former Gov. Of MD used to live there too. They punch announce their weight in terms of influence.

North Brentwood has fascinating history. It’s sad that the museum there didn’t survive Covid I don’t think. There’s an old segregation barrier between Brentwood and North Brentwood that is supposedly being turned into a park. [/quote]
