You may not like Charles Allen's politics, but he is EXCELLENT at retail politics. He responds immediately to emails and often follows up unprompted if there's a development/to see if your issue got sorted. He would have responded to Aurora Market immediately and then held his next office hours there during off-hours to gin up business for them. He has a fabulous track record, in particular, of actually getting DCPS/DGS/DPR to fix problems when it comes to Ward 6 schools who reach out to him. Other than being too soft on crime for my liking, he has basically nothing in common with Nadeau.[/quote]
