Since all my background reports are frozen and LinkedIn shut down employers in background gets sent to those four employers where I give full info to verify. It is not govt. But why should it disclose Everything? You are hiring based on what I put in resume. . I really think my boss may have known something. But he scapegoated me knowing I can’t fight back. I staffed his dept. only fatal move was on his end I upload at end. Most of my work in progress was on my laptop or printouts or I got it and never got edited or mixed in email meeting info. He should have gave me two weeks to fix it up. I also hired staff as recently as three weeks ago. Who is training them? I’m am glad he booted me cold Turkey personally. But really stupid. He was tricky he gave me a raise three weeks ago. Threw me off guard in the canning. I got a PE place with a company fresh out of bankruptcy with me as final 2 in interview process. Looks up my alley complete train wreck, no sign on, no job security, bad rep perfect for next J2 wish me luck. I think it I bust but at old job I can finish up 80 percent of 2023 work by July.
