Maybe, but I wouldn't assume that they are communicating with the community in real time. I would expect that they knew in the fall (if not earlier) that they'd be operating under this constraint, but chose now to communicate it (in a letter that was primarily about enforcing carpool and drop off rules).[/quote]

Agree. They also didn’t want to discourage applications. Gotta keep those numbers up!
