I don't see a record on DC Sup Ct but those do not seem like the actions of a 1st time offender. Did he recently arrive in DC from elsewhere like the guy who bashed a baby in the face with a brick on Capitol Hill? [/quote]

Yes, I’m sure he was a former Peace Corps volunteer and ran an animal rescue charity UNTIL he touched a GUN! Then he was transformed into a killer. The GUN did it. It infected him with violence.
