To be fair, there is a difference between ***potential*** radon increase versus real need to seal the chimney and reinforce a deck support that has a fist sized hold in it.  I appreciate your perspective.  We also in the past did small fixes and gave some money on the inspection as normal procedure, as well as received it.[/quote]
