What the poster did was prove that flex working hours meet individuals needs for lots of different reasons. Some people might exercise during their lunch break, some might nap, some might do an errand. All totally fine and a huge benefit of working from home. [/quote] +1 and not just to the PP, but to her employer who is able to reap the advantages of her skills and knowledge with her working from home. the anti-wfh people seem to think that employees are fungible - and perhaps to an extent they are. but to the extent they are not, then flexibility means that people who wouldn't otherwise be part of your workforce can be - you have a much wider pool of workers, with a wider pool of skills, than if you only hired people in your immediate physical area who were willing or able to come into an office five days a week.[/quote]
