DP but read the post.
Building on the nearby elevated land around the town will lead to tons of runoff and flooding.
There are other places to build in the county that make more sense.

I wonder who on this thread is familiar with Hillsboro and their recently completed infrastructure project. Has it led to increased traffic or other impacts?[/quote]
