I think you'd also be surprised at how few rights victims have. Some of the posts on here show that people live in a fantasy world. "I would demand this!" and "I want to know want weapons are in the house!" You can "demand' and "want to know" all you want--but you have no rights to any of that. Our system is set up to protect the accused's rights, not the victims. Of course, since this specific situation is happening in a private school, the school can force the student to leave....yet they haven't.
