Yeah, I remember this thread and wondered how it had come back. Sorry some PPs were reaming you, OP -- you did nothing wrong at all, and the guy is the one with issues here. The people who fussed at you earlier about sharing your IG info are just idiots--why wouldn't you, when the couple acted interested?

I agree with a PP that the whole "help me find an apartment" thing was him testing you. You were smart not to respond after he said it was just him. If you'd responded positively, he'd surely have made a trip out here "to look at apartments" with zero interest in apartments and a definite attempt to have sex with you.

What creeps me out is that he surely has pulled this s**t with other women and actually bedded them. Probably many more times. Sickening. Women, look out for approaches like the one OP describes. Probably happens more than anyone realizes, and looks like it's just friendly interest at first. [/quote]
