[/quote] The biggest theft from restaurants: Bartenders overtly undercharge customers to get bigger, cash (unreported) tips, so the customer and bartender are routinely stealing from the restaurant. Waiters do this too by writing off foods knowing they'll get tipped better for having done so. I've seen bills where the tip is half the bill.[/quote]
