"My kid scored a 1 on the PARCC" despite tutoring? Nobody's going to admit that. I'm not at all an "anti-charter warrior", in fact I'm a charter school parent myself. But I don't think there's any right to public funds for a school that performs so badly on basics of reading and math, even if the parents are okay with it.[/quote]
