The school system sets behavior expectations early. When kids learn that there are no negative consequences for bad behavior, they continue with that bad behavior and it just gets worse. Restorative Justice may sound great to our political leaders and Central Office employees, but they have very little interaction with our students on a day to day basis. Most politicians and Central Office employees are SO out of touch with what is going on in schools. [/quote]
