It’s only a benefit to you. It’s a negative for the nanny, for both the reasons you describe.[/quote] +1 my former nanny (quit due to relocating) worked for us while I was WFH but she said it was an exception, for these reasons. I am not a micromanager, would spend all day in a different part of the house (or she would take kid to park) and my kid does not bug me or favor me while nanny is around.[/quote]
