He never has.  Tomorrow's vote is on the Consent Agenda.  It's all set for a unanimous vote by the full vote along with many other items. No discussion.  Just one vote. That's how the Consent Agenda works. [/quote]

You're incorrect. He has recused himself repeatedly. They pull the item, and everyone votes on it except him. Like for example, on June 7th:

He recused himself from voting on THIRTY ONE items in that link.  That's your example?  He couldn't vote on any of the 31 items because?  He didn't give a reason.

Your example is that his conflict of interest prevents him from doing his job!  31 procurement contracts he couldn't vote on in one meeting.  Wow.[/quote]

I get the sense that you'll be indignant no matter what he does. You don't want him to vote, and you also don't want him to recuse himself. And you seem to have started three threads about this same issue. [/quote]
