I’m past 50 and stopped wearing the extra earrings probably when I was in my 30s, though I basically stopped wearing any earrings in any holes for a long time. I’m not a fan of multiple piercings on older women, I think it looks ageing. BUT, my 19 year old got second piercings and I had not issue with it.
