Most concerning things in this article, to me:

Rosamund Lewis, the WHO’s technical lead on monkeypox, said that so far most of the children with monkeypox globally have shared a home with other infected people, such as parents or guardians. [b]But a few appear to have no epidemiological links, indicating infection from elsewhere in the community.
