I go out with younger dates all the time. You don’t notice for a few reasons:

1. Read the comments. We are talking about women 40-55 dating men late 20s to 35. That is just normal “age appropriate” dating for men. Middle aged women might date younger men, but those younger men are almost never in the 18-25 age range. Middle aged men who date younger women don’t hesitate to go under 25. You also don’t tend to see women in their sixties dating at all, while a man that age will still be chasing tail. We’re not talking about equivalent age gaps.

2. Bearing that in mind, a typical forty five year old woman is doing a lot to look good, from working out to maintaining a good skincare regimen to various non surgical or even surgical beauty procedures. A forty five year old woman dating a 30 year old is putting in at least as much effort. Forty five year old men do nothing to enhance their appearance.

2. Middle aged women dating younger men are just enjoying their company. They don’t parade them around for attention or to make themselves look desirable.

So yeah, you’re not going to notice a well kept 45 year old woman out enjoying dinner with her 28 year old date who put on a clean shirt. You will notice a 55 year old man with a beer belly trying to draw attention to the fact that he’s out with a 22 year old who probably spent an hour getting ready. [/quote]
