+1000 stop traveling to Florida. Everyone I know I’m Nova took multiple trips there over the past two years, whether it was to Disney or the beaches. Stop giving states like this your money.

I want that for purely selfish reasons. I hear my liberal neighbors trash talk the red states and then vacation there frequently. It drives the prices up in Florida for everywhere. If all of you stop traveling there, it will be less expensive for me when my family goes.  Sorry but this woman is also voting R in the next election. [/quote]

Aside from your political opinion I agree with you 100% on the fact that blue state “refugees” and “retirees” are a major factor in driving up property values. In fact there is evidence for this in the literature. My parents back in Long Island (NY) told me that almost close to 1/3 of people they grew up with in their town all moved to Florida. Why Florida? No idea the state never appealed to me anyways.[/quote]
