Did she see it?  I did not hear the testimony.  I can't imagine Meadow's assistant was riding with the ex-president.  If she did not personally witness it, it is hearsay.  I do hope she saw it! [/quote]

She did not see it, but she's testifying under oath. The person who was assaulted was in the room when she was told, and that person said nothing... which is usually taken to mean they do not dispute the statement.
