[/quote] Use Playtex sport it's for teens-use the purple one to start but you'll probably need to change every hour depending on your flow. When you tug it if it doesn't move you are good, if it slides then it's time to change. If you can have sex then you can definitely use a tampon. I started using them when I was 11 because I was a competitive swimmer and I was probably significantly smaller and tighter and dryer than you and I used them just fine. [/quote]
