The original claims were that it’s a bad program that doesn’t prepare kids to get an IB diploma and that’s clearly just BS. [/quote] RMIB admits roughtly 125 kids in each cohort. So, 96 kids (~20% of the ~500 kids) in a single HS (remember, there is no competitive admissions from other clusters, etc. and everyone is from the BCC cluster) opting to go for the full diploma seems pretty impressive to me.
