How old are you? My answer entirely depends on age.
43. I'm not trying to be cocky. I work with kids 5 days a week, who are germy, maskless, and get right in your face. I go to the gym several days a week, have traveled, eat indoors, am social, and still no covid. It's just my reality. I do however, have a hard reaction to the shots. Would you get a 2nd booster if you're due?
Yes, I would, but the news this week about a (supposed) new Omicron-specific booster makes me hesitate a bit on getting it immediately, because if I get this one, will I not be eligible for that one, or have to wait six more months to get it? Of course, no one really knows when or if it will be available though. If I were a teacher like you, I’d get it, but closer to the start of school, since the window of highest protection is the weakest with the second booster than with the other three shots.
