Yeah, he answered a question about making Ward 3 more diverse by jumping into the problem with housing vouchers.  And [b]he doesn't see the racism in that logic.[/b]

If you're interested in what's going on behind the scenes, you may want to learn more about who the players are, like DFER.  I'm sure their website is all sunshine and rainbows.  But look at what they support and why, and it very quickly comes down to $$.
