I've never read anything indicating why it's not available. I loved the Northern Exposure, for example, but I get that paying the royalties on the music used in the DJ/radio segments became prohibitive for streaming rights. And it wasn't available before Rickman died, so it can't have anything to do with his estate. [/quote]
