Your MIL’s cooking sustained your husband and any siblings he has all the way to adulthood. He probably has no issue with his mother’s sanitary habits but agrees with you because it would be unpleasant for him if he didn’t. This is your germ phobia and you should not inflict it on anyone else. Get therapy. Prep your own food and do it in a way as to hurt your MIL’s feelings as little as possible. [/quote]
