Step #1: stop cooking. Seriously. I’m a stay at home mom and I did it, so you can too. Get freezer meals, sandwich stuff, yogurts, order in, etc. It actually didn’t turn out being more expensive for us and saved my mental health. Let go of the idea that you have to make dinner every night. Just keep food in the house, that’s enough. [/quote]
