To this day, there seems to be no clear motive as to why the Wisconsin driver when through the parade. You are implying that because he was black, he plowed into the parade because they were white. Unlike this shooter, who came in tactical gear and left a trail of social media that left little to doubt as to why he picked this location to shoot up.[/quote]
