[/quote] Nope. I don't eat much during the week. On the weekends I eat normal amounts but this is usually only two meals a day. I know I must be eating many more calories on the weekends because we go out at least twice. I never finish the entire portion but restaurant meals have big calories even for dishes that don't seem like they should. I've just never been a big eater. My weight plateaus and stays at one set amount. The only way for me to take it off is by running. If I run I can drop 10 lbs easily but not really go further. [/quote]
