This is actually part of the problem. DC government probably will substantively address carjacking before murder because the priority in crime enforcement and prevention is only for public safety issues where white people can be victims.

The absurdity of it all is that the neglect eventually comes home to roost and the violence spills over into white neighborhoods. The folks screaming about “traffic violence” may get an actual taste of real violence. [/quote]
