My kids, DH and I shower every day. We’re militant about it because we like being clean and not smelling like BO. My middle son has pretty severe ADHD. For a while, he would shower and forget to shampoo. His straight, sandy blond hair would turn clumpy and brown. It was gross. Some reminding and needling to reshower fixed that pretty quick. So if I could get my ADHD son to shower correctly every day, so can you. [/quote]
