"Immunocompromised" is a very broad label, and chemo or transplant patients are certainly in a precarious situation (as they have been prior to Covid since a simple cold can be a serious threat to them), but they represent a tiny minority of those who today declare themselves at "high risk" from Covid despite vaccines.
