I wasn't refering to OP, but all of the PP's who seem legit angry that some families share a hotel room? What's it to them? Its totally fine if you don't want to do that - doesn't bother me in the least. Its your money! I'm not sure why our choice should bother some strangers so much? Its weird. [/quote]

The posters calling people cheap, or poor? What is their motivation? Again, why do they care?

Again it’s a message board with various viewpoints. I never called out cheap or poor but several people brought up cost (including the OP who said that’s why they were doing one room). It is, in fact, usually cheaper to have one room than two. 
It is no more offensive than the poster who responded “what is wrong with your kids?” to the person that said they wanted two rooms. So, equal vitriol coming from both sides. You personally may be respectful of people wanting two rooms, but some people weren’t. And so they got fired back at.

Its classic DCUM rich person judginess. And DCUM must make other parents feel WRONG because its the only way to validate their own parenting choices. Its the same as working/SAH, breast/bottle feeding etc. Everyone just mind their business. [/quote][/quote]
