Babylon Bee violated Twitter's terms of service: 
"You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease."

I mean, these are the rules of Twitter - a private company. Babylon Bee wanted to harass a person based on their gender identity, which isn't allowed under Twitter's TOS. Babylon Bee is free to harass that person on their own website. [/quote]
