How is that professional and respectful treatment of FCPS parents? FCPS is in charge of the timeline, and they could have selected any dates that work for them. Toying with parents after the fact (to avoid answering their questions?) is disrespectful and maybe it is time that we (parents) demand change.[/quote]

I have to agree.  I asked for the packet in order to be able to work on the appeal if needed. I was told that I had to wait until decisions come out.  And then they will come out during spring break, so I'll wait an extra week for the packet.  I am a super busy parent and so having it during spring break when I am off would be extremely helpful.[/quote]

You really don’t need the packet to work on the appeal. When you get it eventually, you can polish the appeal, but to get started on the appeal, you really don’t need it. [/quote]
