Also, we’re the “multiple assailants” each acquitted?[/quote] I dont know the details of how this was handled, but juvenile cases in the JDRDC move quickly, by Code. It can be delayed for good cause and the like, but things move a long at a much more rapid case than in general district or circuit courts. [/quote]
