Not really a Provocateur at heart IMO but extremely right wing propaganda machine from his earliest media empire days running British tabloids. He mastered combining working class good old boy populism with political positions that were against the majority of his readers’ interests (those lines have blurred on Fox News though) … The Murdoch Magic touch presents dumbed down, right wing takes that give the illusion that their “news” outlets look out for the common man. He was ruined media outlets  in his  original homeland of Australia, Britain and now the USA. [/quote]
