Our household fully supports that.  If you read the guidance, masking should continue.  Masking helps prevent the spread of the virus.  That is a worthwhile cause in our minds.  That you place less value on the lives of your fellow Alexandrians speaks volumes about you, and not in a good way.  So mock all you want and recognize that, yes, you are being judged because of it.[/quote]

Masking oneself with a properly-fitted N95 mask helps prevent the wearer from contracting the virus - that is the science.  That is it.  Cloth masks do nothing.  KN95s affect the respiration of children when doing physical activity (so no more exercise for kids?!?!).  Kids remove masks to eat lunch, to play instruments, and to play sports.  Masks prevent small children from understanding emotions, they affect speech and language development, and just steal the joy of seeing smiles.  Alexandrians committed to indefinite masking of children have jumped the shark.[/quote]
