She's not really a "crapshoot" with high GPA and NMSF. More like she won the lottery. [/quote] I’m the OP of this post. I think my DD is incredibly sparkly and charismatic (mother’s bias here) so even though she’s not pointy and has no hooks, she’s just a very memorable person. So perhaps her letters reflected that? Or maybe her interview? But her stats are perfect so she was not starting out at zero. More like she started out at 95/100 and luck and sparkle got her the other 5 points. Who knows! [/quote]
