And that's how anyone normal, without a chip on their shoulder, would have handled this.  Simply directed him to the correct person, end of story.  Lucas did not do this.  She very pointedly decided to shame him publicly for what was a human mistake - that we've ALL done before, regardless of race or gender.  All of her rude tweets since Youngkin was inaugurated have been very instructive, though.  She's shown the public who she *really * is - not a nice person.[/quote]
