[/quote] Mandatory parenting classes are far outside the scope of public school. Also. Many of the children who act out at school or harm others aren't doing so because of poor parenting but because of serious psychiatric illness. Parenting classes won't solve that. In some cases, the psychiatric disorders are inherited. Public Schools can't address those issued in our lifetime. However, children who present to school with behavior that prevents others from learning must be addressed by the school system. I[/quote]
