I’m taking the “if you can’t afford it; cook”. The good thing is we aren’t stiffing a tip-dependent employee. The “bad” thing —for the restaurant industry and the community - is that we have completely re-oriented our view of restaurant food. It’s now for us the way it was when I was a kid - a rare treat.
