Nova Scotia is NOT making it illegal to support the truck convey.  The problem is that the truckers were planning to blockade Highway 104, which connects Nova Scotia and News Brunswick.  Per Nova Scotia's Emergency Management Act, it's ILLEGAL to have protests block Highway 104, because it's a major artery connecting the two provinces.

I think what you just wrote shows how quickly this can escalate into some armed conflict. The danger is both ways, does the military and the police start shooting at people peacefully sitting in their cars and trucks?
And how can Canada function if every major supply road is blocked? Which is something these truckers and people can realistically do and are realizing, after 2 years of lockdowns, with minimal cases (due to lockdowns may be or due to how spread out the population is) that they do have a lot of power to bring the country to a standstill. And what of those that are in favor of measures? Are they all peaceful, sorry Canadians or will they take to the streets too?
You need to know that Canadians were told that once they were vaccinated there will be no more lock-downs, and they did vaccinate, in huge numbers. Yet, they ended up in another lock down this past December.[/quote]
